Some files downloaded from this site will be in a self-extracting compressed format.  After downloading, double-click the file using My Computer or Windows Explorer.  Then specify the directory you want the file placed in, usually this will be c:\PTracker or  c:\program files\PTracker

• THE PROPERTY TRACKER  12 Meg
  For Windows Version other than XP. 

• THE PROPERTY TRACKER 30 Meg
  This version is for Windows XP and is a considerably larger download than the one above. You may use this download with any version of Windows, but you must use this version on Windows XP.

• TRACKER'S MANUAL 0.6Meg (23 JUNE 2000)
  The Property Tracker's Manual is in both Microsoft Word format and a text only version.  Download file name is ptmanual.exe. Once downloaded, double click ptmanual.exe to extract the manual.doc Microsoft Word file and manual.txt text only format.  The fully illustrated DOC version requires Microsoft Word 97 or later to view/print the manual.

• UPGRADE Version 2.4 
  The current Upgrade for The Property Tracker.  Look on your  HELP|ABOUT form to identify the release you are using. If it is less than the one here, then download this file. To begin the installation, use START, then RUN and BROWSE for the downloaded file.  This update includes all previous updates, so if you missed one, it will still be included in this update.  

• EMPTY DATABASE FILES 
  Empty database files used by The Property Tracker. These files are included with the property Tracker and additional copies are not  normally necessary. 

• NZ808.EXE  This file is only necessary when instructed to download by the API support staff.
